How fast do orders actually ship?+
Orders are picked, packed and handed to the carrier within 24 hours of confirmation. Delivery time depends on the route. Domestic orders from the EU, US, UK, Canada and Australia warehouses arrive in a few business days, and worldwide lines from China take longer.
Is $4 really all I pay?+
Yes. $4 per shipped order covers pick and pack, packaging and shipping for standard-size parcels. If an item is unusually heavy or oversized, we quote it individually and confirm with you before anything ships. There are no subscriptions or monthly fees.
Which carriers deliver my orders?+
Most major carriers worldwide, including FedEx, DHL, USPS, UPS, Royal Mail, DPD, GLS, Evri and PostNL. We choose the best fit for each destination rather than forcing every parcel through one network.
Which platforms do you integrate with?+
Shopify and WooCommerce connect directly, so orders sync in and tracking syncs back without manual work. Selling somewhere else? We can take orders through a simple feed. Message us and we'll set it up.
How does my inventory reach your warehouses?+
Two ways. Send your stock to the warehouses you want to ship from, or, for dropshipping, we receive goods from your supplier and ship them onward to your customers. Your account manager will map the best setup for your products.
